Sustainably planned and built for the future

A modern administrative building for the Waldeck-Frankenberg Job Center was constructed in the heart of the administrative center of the city of Korbach. Taking into account high requirements for digitization, accessibility, and sustainable construction, a future-proof workplace was created. The building can be used flexibly and expanded as needed.

The building uses DELTABEAM® composite beams and HPM® anchor bolts from Peikko. DELTABEAM® has excellent fire resistance without any additional protection. Its shallow design decreases a building’s floor-to-floor height while eliminating conflicts with HVAC systems, saving time and money.

The installations can be routed directly under the slabs without any detours. This saves time and money compared to normal reinforced concrete beams.
